You must supply us with a valid email address to which we can send your receipt. Unless otherwise stated all transactions are denoted in United States dollars USD.

With : "agent name and purchase order number" , Example : "100802-104213-4084"

You must quote the reservation or agent number or reference together with the full amount in US dollars the hotel or agent has asked you to pay for the confirmed hotel or service reservation.

When you accept to pay by clicking on “authorize payment” you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card.

Although the payment for the confirmed order is quoted in US dollars, depending upon your card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with your credit card provider.

Balipayment Transaction Fee

Bali Payment imposes a non-refundable transaction fee which is shown in US dollars under the amount you have entered to pay and is included in the total amount you pay. If you prefer to make your payment by bank transfer, please start placing the order as usual and when the payment details are requested select the "Bank Transfer" option. Once we receive your order we will send you the details to send the money.
