Placing an Order

What payment methods are accepted ?

Currently We accept payment via Paypal, MoneyGram, Western Union and Bank Transfer. For any further inquiries regarding your purchase, you may contact us at sales@lexcigarettes.com

Can I make an order by telephone / fax ?

Unfortunately We not receive order by phone or fax, You can place order by online on shopping cart or by email.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You could buy 1 carton only. Some country only allowed 1 carton without paying taxes. But order many cartons will save the shipping cost.

How can I find out my order status?

After you've placed your order at lexcigarettes.com you will be automatically notified by e-mail when we approve and ship your order. We will ship your order usually in 24 hours and email you the tracking number in few hours after the package shipped.  You could check the package status online.

About Our Products

Do you sell other brands of cigarettes in other than listed at your site?

Not currently. The only brands we sell are shown on website.

Will you be offering other brands in the future?

Yes of course. If there's new brand available, We will keep continue to added it.

Delivery

Are there countries to which you do not deliver?

We ship cigarettes worldwide, but currently there's country that not allowed importing cigarettes.

Due to customs restrictions and high taxes rates, we do not ship to the following countries:

I bought 10 cartons of cigarettes and  received only one parcel containing 5 cartons . Is that normal?

Yes. For order above 6 cartons, we will split into 2 shipment. We will ship the second package in next 4-5 days after the first shipment or after You receive the first. 

Customs

Do you guarantee that no duty or taxes will be paid worldwide?

We cannot guarantee that no tax will be paid worldwide because some countries apply the international postal regulations and standards.
